Mr. Ajay Satish Rao holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Mumbai University, and is a Six Sigma certified professional. He brings over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Project Management, and Service Delivery across global and regional enterprises, with strong expertise in building scalable operating models, driving execution excellence, and aligning operational strategy with long-term business objectives. He has a proven track record in leading large cross-functional teams managing complex transformations and ensuring operational efficiency spanning multiple industry verticals, with experience in pre-sales, P&L ownership, and sales functions. He has previously been associated with Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) as Head of Operations – Asia Pacific and has also worked with NCR in senior leadership roles, regional operational governance, performance management, and service delivery excellence across multiple geographies.
