Paschim Banga Gramin Bank is one of the leading Regional Rural Banks formed by amalgamation of three erstwhile Gramin Banks. Operational in Howrah, Hooghly and Burdwan districts, the branches are in remote areas and customers with agricultural background.

Only ProstarM had the reach to serve our branches more than 90% of which are located in rural Bengal.
Around 90% of the branches of our Pashchim Banga Gramin Bank are located in rural areas, and some of them are in remote areas. Although power situation in Bengal is relatively good, power outages do occur, and we need reliable UPS and inverter solutions.
ProstarM UPS have been installed in all the 230 branches of Paschim Bangla Gramin Bank. There have been no issues with the UPS in past one-and-half year.

We had first installed ProstarM UPS in 65 of our branches. We observed that the UPS systems functioned flawlessly for most part, and service for installation and commissioning was highly prompt. Such durability and reliability of the product, combined with quick and quality service from ProstarM led us to order their UPS for all our branches. Today, we have ProstarM UPS in 230 of our branches, and they are functioning without any issue for the past one-and-half year.
It is estimated that these UPS will continue to function smoothly for at least five years before they need replacement or repairs.
